Trim Levels (Exterior)
When considering the 2023 Ford E-Series Cutaway, know that you have three trims to choose from: the E-350 SRW, E-350 DRW, and E-450 DRW. Its rugged on-body frame and firm I-beam front suspension resemble those found on ambulances, school buses, recreational vehicles, and shuttle transports. The E-Series Cutaway comes standard with 16-inch steel wheels.
Engine (Power)
The 2023 Ford E-Series Cutaway offers a 7.3-liter V-8 engine with two unique calibrations. The standard premium-rated option produces 325 horsepower and 450 pound-feet of torque, while the available economy-rated option gets 300 horsepower and 425 pound-feet of torque. The engine mates to a six-speed automatic transmission, which Ford built to handle the high-performance demands of the engine. Power surges to the rear wheels.

With the standard V-8 engine under the hood and properly configured, the E-Series Cutaway has a maximum towing capacity of 10,000 pounds. The vehicle's Tow/Haul mode automatically compensates for the altitude, load conditions, and grade to reduce any strain on the gears.

Four available upfitter (10, 15, 20, and 30 amp) switches allow you to connect your vehicle to numerous aftermarket accessories. Simply use a laptop or notebook to connect the upfitters to the electrical components of cranes, buckets, or refrigeration units. You can connect up to nine of these units. The vehicle also comes standard with Bluetooth and a dual-USB port so you can stay connected and charged while driving.
Safety Features

It includes a hill start assist, which allows you to switch from brake to gas without rolling backward. Traction control is also included, which helps your vehicle maintain a grip on the road regardless of weather conditions.
