I was a little dissapointed that the truck I drove over an hour to see was not all ready up front, and when they did bring it around, it was very dirty, like someone had just driven it through a lot of mud. None the less, I was able to negotiate a fair deal on my trade and the price of the new SUV. Warning, don't rely on getting the "internet price" listed on their website. The sales manager said we had to qualify for like five different rebates to get this price. This is not clearly stated on the site. Chico in the finance department was easy to work with and very friendly. Although I had all of my paperwork in order with a pre-approval from bank, and a large down payment, the whole process still took over four hours. They filled the tank, washed and polished my new vehicle and allowed me to look at it in the service bay when it was ready because it was raining.
